강강술래

The TV shooting for our part in the TV drama Koreana is a success!😀

We performed a Korean Thanksgiving dance called 강강술래, because in a certain part of that TV drama is the 추석 festival. The place was really wonderful! It was not my first time to go to Pampanga, but Clark is really beautiful. Also, there are already a lot of Korean communities and establishments that stand there. We stayed for a while in Holiday Inn first and took some pictures. I was with the new GNC ていえん the whole time, because if she does not know something in English, I translate for her. I took pictures for them as their remembrance. It’s really fun having all of my IYF friends around! We took pictures everywhere, even in the poolside and such. Then next stop, we went to this place in Clark. We passed by a huge Casino and J & K International School. I don’t know what it’s called but there are a lot of restaurants, bars, and villas in it. This is the shooting place. The GMA staff were already there and setting up their cameras and other stuff. We stayed for a while in one Montevista Villa while waiting. It feels so good! It’s as if we are in our own home~~

We practiced dancing with our gowns. It sure is hard at first, but we’ll get by. Before it’s officially the performance time, we prepared ourselves, ate food, and took a rest. And then Pastor knocked at our doors and told us that we are about to perform now. We were excited and nervous at the same time.

3 … 2 … 1。アクション!

After dancing on the first take, our legs really hurt! But because it is so, we should not complain; instead, keep our smiles up. Then second, third take. We got used to the pain and we were dancing gracefully. One of the Korean brothers there portrayed Ambassador Choi!

We had some pictures with the main actors too! (The Korean and Chinese GNCs thought that Steven Silva is really handsome!)

It’s really a great experience! I wish we could perform again soon~~ Here are some of the pictures!

Wacky pose!

귀엽다~~
